There's five crucial steps we follow on our end. Pick up, Wash, Dry, Fold and Drop off. Here's how it works.
Pick Up.
You make the dirty laundry.
We take the dirty laundry.
Bright eyed and bushy tailed, we’ll have your laundry picked up after 9:00 a.m. every service day at the service address you’ve provided. Before your very first service day you will receive all the necessary materials and instructions needed to make laundry day easier.
Wash.
The whole point.
We suit up and take care of business. The laundry is treated properly according to the preferences you’ve selected for your preferred laundry service. From pet owner’s to mechanics, wine lovers to athletes, we’ll know what to do. Handled the way you want, you know, since it’s your laundry and all.
Dry.
Almost There.
After washing the laundry, we check for any specific handling methods mentioned in your preferences. We use the necessary tactics depending on what you need done, while using the preferred products you've selected.
Fold.
One By One.
Each shirt. Each pair of pants. Sock after sock. Folded nice and neat so there’s no hassle in putting away your clothes. Ready to go. After folding your load of laundry it’s put away inside of a polyethylene bag. Safe and fresh upon arrival.
Drop Off.
Finally, it’s here.
The finale. You have your laundry back safe and sound. Dropped off right where you told us to, the same day we picked it up (for the available sizes that provide that service). Safe from rain, spills or odors, inside of a polyethylene bag, fresh and ready.
Pick Up Instructions
Pick Up Instructions:
Please have your laundry pick up bag(s) outside, on your doorstep or specified pick up location at the service address provided before the 9:00 a.m. pick up time.
Late Pick Up:
If your laundry is not out before or by 9:00 a.m. on your service day, your laundry may not be picked up for service.
Late pick up will be available between the hours of 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. for an additional fee of $15.00 if requested, on the day of your service. Please call the Quickly’s customer service line at (719) 413-0326 to request a late pick up, or create a service order for late pick up on the Quickly’s Store Page.
Directions
Everyone is provided a laundry pick up bag along with additional service mesh bags as requested in the customer’s preferences and a space saver, vacuum bag(s) for members or waterproof bag(s) for one time service non-members.
In the bag(s) provided make sure to put as much of the soiled laundry you’ve chosen in the laundry pick up bag. Enough to fit the bag entirely. One mesh bag is equivalent to 30lbs, no matter if the mesh bag is partially filled or bursting at the seams.
Aside from your normal soiled laundry, you may have separate clothing items that need specific treatment i.e. delicates, or intimates that were specified in your preferences. Smaller, color specific, mesh bags are provided for these services. Place these articles of clothing in the appropriate colored mesh bag for that service. For example, articles of clothing that are requested to be treated as delicates need to be placed inside of the mesh bag labeled for delicates. These articles of clothing must be placed inside of the specified bag of service then placed inside of the laundry pick up mesh bag alongside the rest of your soiled laundry.
To be included in your laundry pick up bag is your laundry space saver, vacuum bag. Be sure to pack your space saver, vacuum bag inside of your laundry pick up mesh bag to be able to receive your clean, fresh and folded laundry. If your space saver, vacuum bag is not received with laundry pick up a $2.90 fee will be added for the purchase of an additional space saver, vacuum bag for us to return your laundry.
Drop Off Instructions
Drop Off Instructions:
After we’ve ensured your laundry has all its needs met, it’s sealed safely into your space saver, vacuum bag(s) for members or waterproof bag(s) for one time service non-members. Included inside of your space saver, vacuum bag(s) will be your fresh, clean and folded laundry as well as your washed and ready to be used again additional service bag(s). Dropped off at the drop off address provided. Ready to go for your next service day.
Drop off times vary. Laundry drop offs begin at 3:00 p.m. You can rely on your laundry being returned after 3:00 p.m. on the same day of service. Placed in the specified drop off location at the service address provided.
Large Loads Drop Off:
Service requests of 120 lbs (4 loads) or more for one customer in a day, will be delivered the next day. 120 lbs is equivalent to 4 laundry pick up bags. One bag is equivalent to 30 lbs.
